Phoenix Place I

Phoenix I is an independent housing program for men with mental illness or substance use diagnosis’s, located in West Palm Beach but has maintained recovery for over 12 months, have full-time and part-time employment, and have strong coping and life skills.

Each resident has an assigned peer specialist as their mentor, and case manager that is a link of support for the residents.
