To our Patients:

IHCS patient care is of utmost importance to our practice at any time you feel as though you have been treated unfairly, your privacy has been violated or you do not believe your medical care is not being cared for properly, you have the right to address your concerns with our organization. 

Integrated staff will address your concerns promptly so that your concerns are addressed, and you continue with the quality of health care that we promise.

An Integrated representative will respond within 48 business hours from the time your message was received.
