In 2005, Integrated Healthcare Systems, formerly known as Alpha Omega Alliance, began providing housing to homeless veterans.
In 2015 the company restructured its services due to the limited and diverse needs of the community, and begin providing housing, case management, and behavioral health services.
In 2019, the company found that 78% of the population served lacked medical care, and identified with an untreated chronic medical condition.
In 2021, the company restructured and rebranded its operations to provide integrated healthcare services, treating the entire individual instead of one identified need. Our integrated Healthcare model, provides primary care, behavioral healthcare, case management, and housing to our community.
Our vision is to strengthen access to quality integrated healthcare, by removing barriers for those with the greatest need, developing community relationships, and empowering our citizens to choose healthy, prosperous lifestyles.
To provide a culturally, multilingual, and multidisciplinary care team to ensure that our patients, receive the ultimate care and treatment. Our focus is to ensure that we place emphasis on prevention, intervention, and education to our patients on healthcare concerns, mental illness, substance abuse, and how it connects to such physical conditions such as; hypertension, cardiovascular, diabetes, and sexually transmitted infections.
